Ferrites from DMEGC

Ferrite cores are technical ceramics with optimised soft magnetic properties. A pre-sintered granulate is pressed into the desired shape and sintered in a process lasting several hours.

With a ground-in air gap, ferrites remain stable up to saturation when biased, but are highly temperature-dependent.

Low eddy currents due to electrical insulation of the high-resistance grain boundaries, allows use even at very high frequencies.

MnZn power ferrites optimised for:

DMR40, DMR44 and DMR47: low losses at 100°C
DMR95, DMR95B, DMR96, DMR 97 and DMR98: temperature-dependent losses
DMR91, DMR95B: high saturation even at the lowest losses
DMR50, DMR50B, DMR51, DMR52, DMR51W: high frequencies (MHz range)

Broadband and EMI ferrites

R10K, R12K, R15K: high permeability MnZn ferrites
R5KZ, R10KZ, R12KZ: high impedances for EMI NiZn materials

Inductive Proximity Switches: DMR70, DMR7M
